Bath Rotary Club Offers Scholarships
As part of its continuing commitment to help students further their education, the Bath Rotary Club would like to announce that applications are available to students at Avoca Central School, Bradford Central School, Campbell-Savona Central School, Hammondsport Central School, and Haverling Central School for its Frank E. Nicklaus Memorial Scholarship, Bath Rotary Club Scholarship, and Ted Markham Memorial Scholarship. In addition, the Vern Woolston Memorial Scholarship and Interact Scholarship are available to students at Haverling Central School.
Students and guidance counselors in these school districts can find downloadable applications and eligibility requirements listed below. Applications must be completed and submitted electronically to the Bath Rotary Club on March 12, 2026. Please email completed applications to Tess McKinley at tess.mckinley@gmail.com.
Applications for the scholarships will be available to download below or through their respective Guidance Counselor’s office in January 2026.
BRFS Board Openings
As of July 1, 2026, there will be three (3) positions available on the BRSF, Inc. Board of Directors. The BRSF, Inc., a 501c(3), is the scholarship arm of the Bath Rotary Club. A member may serve for two (2) consecutive three (3) year terms.
Serving on the BRSF, Inc. Board of Directors is an opportunity for Bath Rotary Club members to read, rate, rank, and select the recipients of the following scholarships awarded annually: three (3) Frank E. Nicklaus Memorial Scholarships @$1500.00; two (2) Ted Markham Memorial Scholarships @$1000.00; one (1) Vern Woolston Memorial Scholarship – $1000.00; three (3) Bath Rotary Club Scholarships @$500.00; two (2) Interact Scholarships @$500.00.
Those who have ever served on this Board have expressed their enthusiasm in reading the applications from so many outstanding students and awarding the above-mentioned scholarships. Seniors from Avoca, Bath-Haverling, Bradford, Campbell-Savona, and Hammondsport Central Schools are eligible to apply for scholarships.
